Billing, Returns & Refunds Policies

1. Introduction

By using and accessing the Synthesizer.repair domain (the "Domain"), including but not limited to the website (the "Site" or "Sites"), or by making any request for services or products through the Domain, you agree to these Billing, Returns & Refunds Policies ("Policy"). If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use or access the Domain, Site, or Sites, or submit any requests for services or products.

2. Return Policy Conditions

Our Return Policy Conditions detail the explicit criteria and procedures for managing a product return or requesting a refund. In this context, ("return") shall be understood to encompass any request for either a product return or a refund. To be eligible for a return, customers must submit their request via our official support email. Additionally, items must be returned in the same condition they were in when they received our Quality Assurance (QA) stamp of approval. The QA stamp must not be tampered with or altered. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Product Condition for Returns

Items returned for a refund or exchange must be in their original working condition. Products that exhibit signs of damage, tampering, or misuse will not be eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, missing or altered Quality Assurance (QA) labels, serial numbers, or any other identifiers that may compromise the authenticity or traceability of the product.

4. Warranty and Lifetime Warranty Replacements

For products covered under warranty or lifetime warranty, the customer must provide reasonable proof to our satisfaction that the product has failed due to a defect in quality or craftsmanship. The determination of whether a product qualifies for warranty replacement will be made solely at the discretion of Synthesizer.repair. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for warranty replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

All costs associated with the return of items that are proven not to fall under the warranty or replacement terms will be the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping fees, handling charges, and any related expenses. Customers are advised to carefully assess the condition and eligibility of their product before initiating a return.

6. Billing Terms for Technical Services Engagements

Our Billing Terms for Technical Services Engagements apply specifically to technical services, including contract work, diagnostic and bench technical services, and on-site or remote service and repair. For these services, we require a minimum billing charge equivalent to two (2) hours at the prevailing rate, regardless of the actual duration of the service. This minimum charge is necessary to cover the costs associated with providing skilled, high-quality technical work.

Please note that this two (2) hour minimum billing charge does not apply to administrative tasks, including the processing of returns, customer consultations, or other non-technical assistance. These processes are handled separately and do not incur the minimum charge.

Shipping & Handling

The customer is responsible for remunerating all charges associated with shipping, handling, and transport related to the services provided. These charges cover not only the shipment of parcels but also the careful handling and transport necessary to ensure the safe delivery and return of items. Shipping, handling, and transport charges will be combined on the final invoice along with any additional charges for technical services.

By engaging in any technical services with the Domain, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, accepting the imposition of the minimum billing charge and the responsibility for any associated shipping, handling, and transport costs as non-refundable conditions of the service engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthesizer.repair, its employees, officers, agents, or affiliates, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including damages for loss of data or information, arising out of or in connection with this Policy, the use of our Site, or the services offered.

By using the Site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synthesizer.repair, its employees, officers, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, violation of this Policy, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
