2. Return Policy Conditions

Our Return Policy Conditions detail the explicit criteria and procedures for managing a product return or requesting a refund. In this context, ("return") shall be understood to encompass any request for either a product return or a refund. To be eligible for a return, customers must provide the original copy of the return policy documents included with the product. Returns will not be accepted if these documents are not presented, ensuring that all returns are processed in accordance with the pre-established guidelines provided at the time of purchase.

3. Billing Terms for Engagements

Under our Billing Terms for Engagements, we require a minimum billing charge for any service requiring human intervention. This policy establishes that any engagement requiring human action, including but not limited to the processing of returns, consultations, or assistance, shall incur a minimum billing charge equivalent to two (2) hours of service at the prevailing rate, irrespective of the actual duration of the engagement.

By initiating a return, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, and accepts the imposition of the minimum billing charge as a non-refundable condition of the return process. This includes, but is not limited to, the processing of returns, customer consultations, or any other forms of assistance. The two (2) hour minimum charge will be applied to these services, billed at our standard rate, regardless of the actual time spent. This charge is instituted to cover the inherent costs of providing high-quality, human-led services.

4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthesizer.repair, its employees, officers, agents, or affiliates, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including damages for loss of data or information, arising out of or in connection with this Policy, the use of our Site, or the services we offer.

By using the Site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synthesizer.repair, its employees, officers, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, violation of this Policy, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
