We service machines for clients globally. There are several ways that gear arrives at our facility.

UPS shipment:

UPS serves as our reliable global shipping and freight partner, serving as the primary method for transporting items from out-of-town to our facility for service, upgrades, or repairs. We offer the convenience of round-trip UPS Air or Ground shipping, along with a provided label that you can easily print and affix to your packaged equipment. Once your shipment is prepared, UPS will handle the rest of the logistics. If you wish to ship your equipment to us using UPS, please follow the steps outlined above to initiate a repair ticket. We will promptly respond to you with additional instructions for arranging your UPS shipment.

Drop-Off:

For those located in the Portland, Oregon metro area, our facility is conveniently situated just a brief 30-minute drive from the City Center. We gladly welcome drop-off and pick-up of equipment during our regular business hours, which run on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00 Pacific Standard Time. If you prefer to personally deliver your gear to us, please adhere to the previously mentioned procedure to initiate a repair ticket. We will promptly get in touch with you to provide specific details and instructions for scheduling a drop-off appointment.
