How do I start a Service, Upgrade or Repair job?
Send us an email and include all the important info:
- First and Last name
- Your phone number
- A billing & shipping address
- The Model number(s) and Serial Number(s) of the gear to be diagnosed or repaired.
- Any other details that might be important for our technician to know.
We will reply promptly, and you will be guided through the rest of the intake process.
How long does the repair process usually take?
The repair process duration can vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. Typically, it takes around 14-30 business days to complete a repair, but we strive to provide accurate timelines for each individual case.
I live in XYZ, How do I get my gear to you for repairs?
We service machines for clients globally. There are several ways that gear arrives at our facility.
UPS Freight:
UPS is our trusted global freight partner. This is by far the most common way that out-of-town items are transported to us for service, upgrades or repairs. UPS Air or Ground.
Drop-Off:
If you are in the Portland, Oregon metro area, we are a short 30 minute drive from the City Center. We accept drop-off and pick-up of gear durring our normal business hours ( Weekdays, 10:00 - 20:00 Pacific Standard Time ). If you would like to deliver your your gear to us in person, please follow the above procedure to initiate a repair ticket, and we will correspond with you with details and further instructions for setting up a drop-off appointment.
