How do I start a Service, Upgrade or Repair job?

We will reply promptly, and you will be guided through the rest of the intake process.

How long does the repair process usually take?

The repair process duration can vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue as well as our current workload. Typically, it takes around 14-30 business days to complete a repair, but we strive to provide accurate timelines for each individual case. If you are a touring musician or you need expedited over-night repairs, we are happy to accomodate for an additional fee.

I live in XYZ, How do I get my gear to you for repairs?

We service machines for clients globally. There are several ways that gear arrives at our facility.

UPS shipment:

UPS serves as our reliable global shipping and freight partner, serving as the primary method for transporting items from out-of-town to our facility for service, upgrades, or repairs. We offer the convenience of round-trip UPS Air or Ground shipping, along with a provided label that you can easily print and affix to your packaged equipment. Once your shipment is prepared, UPS will handle the rest of the logistics. If you wish to ship your equipment to us using UPS, please follow the steps outlined above to initiate a repair ticket. We will promptly respond to you with additional instructions for arranging your UPS shipment.

Drop-Off:

For those located in the Portland, Oregon metro area, our facility is conveniently situated just a brief 30-minute drive from the City Center. We gladly welcome drop-off and pick-up of equipment during our regular business hours, which run on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00 Pacific Standard Time. If you prefer to personally deliver your gear to us, please adhere to the previously mentioned procedure to initiate a repair ticket. We will promptly get in touch with you to provide specific details and instructions for scheduling a drop-off appointment.

Large Item Pick-up and Delivery Service:

For those located in the greater Pacific Northwest we are happy to offer door-to-door pick-up and delivery of large items, such as a Hammond Organ, Power Amplifiers and PA equipment, or other bulky, large, or fragile items. Please use the contact form above and include as much detail as you can regarding your needs.

Donations:

We graciously accept donation of any derilect equipment regardless of condition. As an accredited e-Waste recycler we not only accept electronic music instruments and pro-audio equipment, but we also accept consumer grade electronics, industrial surplus, computer equipment and other e-waste items.
